The VGC has an expected pace of play of four (4) hours and ten (10) minutes.  This Policy is strictly enforced by the Club.  Golfers are required to keep up with the group in front of them.  A group is deemed as out of position if, when starting the play of any hole, such hole is clear of all players, with the exception of Par 3’s.  Foursomes are not expected to keep pace with twosomes or threesomes but are expected to complete their round in the above-mentioned expectation.  The time clock at the Golf Shop will be used as official record the group’s time.

The Vancouver Golf Club takes great pride in presenting a beautifully-manicured golf course on a daily basis.  We ask that you please follow the Club’s Golf Etiquette Policy, with particular notice of the following:

Bunkers: Please fully rake and smooth all holes and footprints in the bunker(s) after use.  Rakes must be placed gently outside of the bunker.

Divots: Fill divots with the provided seed and sand mix.  Smooth mix out with the bottom of your foot after filling.

Ball Marks: After the players have holed out, each player must repair any damage to the putting green surface made by the ball or the player.  The VGC provides complimentary divot tools at the Golf Shop.  We appreciate you fixing all ball marks.

Carts: Pull and Power Carts must not be taken onto grass tees or within 30’ of greens.  They must be taken well outside any adjacent bunkers, white marker lines, or signage. All power carts include GPS units.

Cell Phones: Must remain on silent at all times on the golf course.

Practice Facilities: The Driving Range and practice facilities are for the exclusive use of Members and their green fee-paying guests.
